Outstanding Service and Unmatched Integrity!
We had a heavy glass shower door come off its top rolling hinge in my daughter's bathroom while being cleaned. Vertex Pro Glass came out promptly to assess and attempt a repair. Unfortunately, while working on it, the glass unexpectedly shattered into a million pieces with the technician inside the shower! Thankfully, he was mostly unharmed aside from a minor cut on his foot. I was deeply concerned for his safety, and while I scrambled to grab a broom and shopvac, their team was already apologizing and taking control of the cleanup.

They handled the situation with incredible professionalism and kindness. They meticulously cleaned every shard of glass and hauled it all away in their truck - no mess left behind.

Here's where they went above and beyond: as a resolution, they upgraded the entire shower door setup, not just the glass. A stronger, more durable frame and door were installed at no cost to us. And as if that wasn't enough, they brought an additional upgraded door for our other bathroom (also free of charge) just in case we wanted to protect ourselves in the future from the same issue from it.

In a world where many companies hide behind policies, Vertex Pro Glass stood out by taking responsibility and responding with generosity. This is what true customer service and integrity look like.

My shower hinge was broken. Used yelp to get referrals. Vertex Pro responded promptly with an estimate for fix and another for replacement - it was very straightforward. They came on the date/time as promised and quickly diagnosed that it could be fixed. It was a father and son team - very polite and professional. Took time to not only fix the hinge but took care of all other incidentals, all within the agreed (and very reasonable) price.
I would duse them again!

Fast email replies and appointment time. They replaced the seals on the door and transom window to our steam shower. They were thorough and the transom now works better than ever.

Really pleased with the end result of this work. Armen worked hard to make our complex shower configuration perfect. So many angles, and with walls and ceilings never perfectly square it took a lot of effort to make it all work right. Armen really got it all just right.

Vertex came to our house promptly (same day) to look at our leaking shower. They were very honest that the issue was probably not related to the glass, but rather the tile/grout. Nontheless, they replaced all of the plastic seals around the door to try and help the situation and did not even want to charge us for the visit. Highly recommend this honest business.
